How do I start the return process?

When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds to your original method of payment, or CALPAK gift card, as soon as we receive and approve your returned item. Once delivered, this process takes between 5-7 business days on our end.

I received this as a gift, can I return it?

Can I combine my returns using one shipping label?

Due to system limitations, we are unable to combine multiple returns under one label.  If you have multiple orders that you are looking to return, you will need to process each return separately. Don't worry--we offer a flat rate return shipping fee.

Can I return something that is marked as final sale?

Items that are marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

I paid for shipping on my order. Will that be refunded when I return my order?
