We accept returns of unused items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. Products must have their original packaging, shipping carton, and uncut hang tags. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal items left inside the product, as it indicates signs of use. We suggest you test the compatibility of your item prior to use, to ensure you are still eligible for a return, should the item not meet your travel needs.
Non-returnable items (unless otherwise noted):
- Gift Cards
- Sample or flash sale items
- And any other items marked as final sale.

If you received an item as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser or, if requested, a CALPAK gift card will be emailed to you once the return has been processed. We are not able to offer refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser and their form of payment.
