My order was marked as delivered but I haven't received it yet.Updated a month ago

We understand it's frustrating when you haven't received your order and the mail carrier says it's been delivered. Typically, we kindly request our customers to allow the shipping carrier a window of 2 business days after an order is marked as delivered for it to arrive. It's not uncommon for there to be a delay in this process.

Additionally, please keep in mind that any instances of damaged or lost items must be reported to CALPAK within 30 days of delivery.
