Most of our products come with either 1, 2, or 5-year limited warranty. Please see the Product Guarantee page for more info. If you are unsure if your CALPAK product comes with a warranty, please reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.

While we strive to match limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items, we cannot always guarantee exact replacements. Rest assured, any replacement luggage will be of equal value to your original purchase. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline warranty claims.
