What is the difference between VIT tiers?
We have three different VIT tiers: Explorer, Voyager, and Jetsetter. Click here to learn more about the different tiers and all the exciting perks and rewards associated with each one.
Do I have to wait until the end of the year to be promoted to a new VIT tier?
Not at all! Once you reach the threshold for the next VIT tier, you will stay in that tier for one year from that date. You can immediately take advantage of the perks of that new tier. Please note, you will start earning VIT points at the new accele
Can I combine my rewards points with different offers?

Do points expire?
VIT points expire after your VIT account has been inactive for 2 years. To clarify, inactivity means there has been no CALPAK purchase associated with your VIT account two years after your last purchase. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] for
Where do I check how many points I have?
Simply log into your account and go to the rewards tab. To redeem your points, you must be signed in.
How many points can I use on my order?
Once your order goes above the $50 threshold, you can use as many points as you like on your order. Please note, if you redeem your VIT points and your order total goes below the minimum threshold for free shipping, you will need to pay the cost of s

What if I forgot my password?
It happens to the best of us, but don't worry, it's easy to fix! Head over to the account page and hit "forgot password." Enter your email and you’ll receive an email shortly after with the option to update your password.
I lost my referral link. How can I access it?
Log into your VIT account, and click "rewards" on the left hand side. From there, you'll find the "refer a friend" section where you can obtain your referral link or send it out to your friends and family!
Are VIT points compatible with orders placed on other platforms, like Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop?
Unfortunately, VIT members cannot accrue or redeem VIT points on orders placed through other platforms. In order to earn and use your points, you will want to checkout directly through our website.
